Nick was my Realtor for the purchase of my house on Brock St in Toronto, as well as for a condo I rented for 2 years in City Place. I can't say enough good things about the guy. We've become friends for life and he's always keeping me up to date on the market and ways I can make the most of my real estate investments. I have hired Nick to rent out my properties multiple times and have been pleasantly surprised with his representation, professionalism, and communication. Nick not only got my place listed and closed in record time, but identified blindspots I wouldn't have identified myself. Nick went over and above, detailing my rental agreement, facilitating move-in needs, and negotiating in my best interest. Nick worked with me through the purchase of a new house. He is always patient, passionate and responsive. Given my budget was very limited and my desire to be in the City of Toronto, I was expecting a ran-down bungalow in a hard-to-reach neighbourhood. Nick managed to close a fantastic deal for me on a ready-to-move-in, two-storey, three-bedroom detached house near a well-connected major intersection in Toronto, although the seller's agent has received multiple competitive offers and my offer is not the highest. Definitely will work with him again.

Nick has helped me and my friend find an amazing condo in downtown. We have been trying to find for a good place for so long and to be honest we almost gave up, the reason we didn't is because Nick kept telling us that there will always be somewhere some place that we are going to like and the secret is just to not give up and try it. Somehow after Nick said it the next week we found 3 places that we fell inlove with! What I liked about Nick the most is the fact that he was able to negotiate the conditions and the price with the listing agent to our favor. He managed to lower the price by $150k WHICH IS INSANE!! Overall we are super satisficed with Nick and recommend to use his services for everyone.
